- Interested and eligible candidates must apply online through the official website of the Commission at “http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc“. Applications submitted through any other mode will not be accepted and will be rejected.
- To apply, the candidate can visit the Commission’s official website (http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc) and click on the “Apply Online” link on the Home Page. On the next page, they will need to click on the “One Time Registration (OTR) for Examinations” link and register by clicking on “New Registration” if they haven’t already. After registration or if already registered, the candidate can log into their account on the OTR page. Once logged in, they will see a list of live advertisements on their dashboard. The candidate can apply for a specific post through this portal only. The application will only be submitted after uploading the required documents as mentioned in the advertisement. Before applying, the candidate will need to give an undertaking/declaration stating that they have checked the preview of all the uploaded documents and confirm that they are legible, readable, and true. They also need to agree that their candidature may be rejected if the uploaded documents are non-readable or of poor scanning quality.
- Candidates will not be given any further opportunity to submit documents after the online recruitment application has been submitted.
- An application submitted online will be considered successfully submitted only after the payment of the fee has been acknowledged and the fee has been credited to the Commission’s account.
- Once submitted, the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) cannot be altered.
